For SolePro ghost policies, the carrier will send an electronic application to the customer to sign once we submit it to be bound on their site. Before binding, we need the payment, SmartRisk Agreement and Agency Bill Agreement (if applicable for those not paying in full). Only once those are received do we process the application on SolePro.
